E3 Electric.Ai has officially started production of its intelligent electric scooter, the E3 TRION, at its manufacturing plant in Hyderabad. The company is set to begin customer deliveries from 7 October 2026, which coincides with E3 Electric.Ai’s second anniversary.
The E3 TRION is being offered in three separate variants—the C1, C1X, and C2—tailored to meet the needs of youngsters, families, and business users. These models will roll out in phases and will be available in six distinct color options: Nova Blue, Teal Blue, Graphite Grey, Misty Green, Solar Red, and Luna White.
Rigorous Testing and Development Programme
Before entering full-scale production, the E3 TRION went through a comprehensive validation process designed to evaluate its safety, durability, and performance under tough Indian riding conditions. Key highlights from the development phase include:
550+ Design Validation Plan (DVP) Tests: Including range testing, chassis dynamometer power checks, and brake-pressure sensor validation.
Accelerated Durability Testing: Executed on a Cam Drum Test Rig carrying a heavy 205 kg payload.
Water & Weather Resiliency: Tested against water-wading depths ranging from 100 mm to 300 mm at varying speeds, alongside heavy rainstorm and high-pressure water-wash trials.
Real-World Road Testing: Completed a 260 km mixed-terrain round trip from Bengaluru to Hogenakkal and back, navigating mountain roads, steep gradients, sharp bends, and rough surfaces.
Special Perks for Founding Owners
The first 100 customers to take delivery will form E3’s exclusive founding-owner community. To mark the milestone, E3 Electric.Ai is gifting these founding owners a complimentary 8Y100K+ extended warranty covering the battery and key components for 8 years or 1,00,000 km (whichever comes first).
Additionally, these early buyers will receive E3 Wingman, a one-year Roadside Assistance (RSA) package. Together, the extended warranty and RSA package carry a value of INR 6,500 for the 2.3 kWh battery variant (C1), and INR 8,500 for the larger 3 kWh battery variants (C1X and C2).
